We’ve seen many changes since our establishment in 1948 as a mission congregation of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod.
Our passion is to close the gap between the life we live and the life we’re called to. We believe God has called us to go into uncharted territories and bring to them the kingdom of God.

Now Hiring
Samaritan's Purse is hiring 400+ Christian men and women to fill paid positions for a four-week project (mid-November through mid-December) at its Charlotte Processing Center for Operation Christmas Child. Customer service and warehouse roles; 40+ hours per week; 1st and 2nd shift options; Monday-Saturday (Thanksgiving Day off). Part-Time hours are also available. Click here to apply.
Clothing Bin
We have purchased a clothing bin that is in the Foyer. Please put gently used clothing items in it, and we will take your donations to the Crisis Assistance Ministries Free Store to help serve the needs of the homeless in our community.
Don’t Miss This!
New this fall, beginning Wednesday, September 17, we're launching TGI WEDNESDAYS from 5:30-7:30pm each Wednesday night. We'll start with a simple fellowship meal at 5:30pm, followed by a study through the book of Revelation, complete with time for small group discussions. It's another great opportunity to grow in community and discipleship, and we hope to see you there!
Gather
Gather is next Saturday, September 13, from 8:30-10am at Church. All ladies are invited to this time of food, fellowship, and prayer. Please let the church office know if you're coming and what food you can bring.
Prayer Opportunities
Throughout the week, we offer several different opportunities for you to join together in prayer. All prayer services are held in the Chapel.
Sundays, we pray for the service, Tuesdays, we pray for the Charlotte Crusade, Wednesdays, we pray for our pastors, church, and our nation, and on Thursdays, we pray for the lost and prodigals. Please join us!
Blessing Bags
Blessing bags will be available in the Foyer this Sunday, September 7. Grab some on your way out - they're a great way to share God's love when you're driving and encounter someone in need.
New Prayer Chain
Our Prayer Chain is now up and running at a new email address. From now on, please email your prayer requests to pray@reschurchclt.org. Thank you for your patience and for your faithfulness in prayer.
New Coffee Hour
On Sundays, we will host a coffee hour from 9-9:50am, in the Foyer. We'll offer a variety of hot and cold coffees, and there will also be pastries available. It's a great opportunity to come early, grab some coffee, and build community before the 10am service!
Prayer in the Chapel
The Chapel is now available to members to come and pray 24 hours a day/7 days a week. If you would like to schedule to use the Chapel for this purpose, simply contact your elder or the church office to get an entry code and instructions.
